Alkalization, acidosis of the stomach and the duodenum, heartburn, gastritis and ulcus ventriculi, liver and gallbladder troubles, repletion and flatulence, rheumatic diseases, chronic skin diseases and diseases of the respiratory and urogenital tract.

| Application: |
Take 1 level spoonful of Alkala N powder from the measuring spoon provided dissolved in 1/2 glass of liquid in the morning.The prescribed dosage can also be taken little and often during the course of the day.

| Side effects: |
Frequently repletion and eructation. Long term use promotes the development of calcium and magnesium phosphate kidney stones.

Anacidity of the stomach.

| Interactions with other remedies: |
The absorption and excretion of weak acids and bases can be influenced through the increasing pH value in the stomach and urine. Functional interactions are possible with gluco- and mineralocorticoids, androgens and diuretics which increases the excretion of potassium.

In case of disturbed excrecation (anuria, renal insufficiency) and "exsiccation" (exsiccosis through water deficiency) as well as in alcalosis Alkala N should only be taken under medical advice.
