Composition:  1 tablet contains:

25 mg Berberis 2X Trit., 25 mg Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni 8X Trit., 100 mg Carduus marianus 1X Trit., 55 mg Chelidonium 4X Trit., 15 mg Cholesterinum 4X Trit., 30 mg Natrium sulfuricum 3X Trit. Other constituents: lactose, magnesium stearate, corn starch.

Characteristics:  In naturopathy the components of this medicine have had a high significance in the treatment of liver/gall bladder diseases for a long time. They have a cleansing and regulating effect on different organ systems and body fluids.
Application:  Unless otherwise prescribed: For oral intake:
In case of acute conditions 1 tablet every half to full hour up to a maximum of 12 times daily. In case of chronic conditions 1 tablet 3 times daily. Treatment of children depends on the advice of the physician or health care professional.
Side effects:  Adverse reactions of homeopathic medicines that contain celandine are not known. For herbal preparations containing celandine (=Chelidonium) there have very rarely been elevations of transaminase and bilirubin up to a medicine induced jaundice (medicinal-toxic Hepatitis) observed, which however regressed upon discontinuation of the medicine.
Contraindications:  Sanugall« should not be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding due to the celandine (Chelidonium) content.
Interactions with other remedies:  None known.
Precautions:  As with all medications and due to the variations of clinical studies, professional medical advice should be sought prior to recommending this product to women during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as well as with children. Professional medical advice should also be sought if there is an existent liver disease or history thereof, or if any liver damaging substances are being taken simultaneously with Sanugall«.
Warnings:  Contains lactose.
